Why take this course

Program is designed as a stepping stone to the IFPO SSM Course. It also can be used as a standalone program for existing supervisors who are in client management roles as well as middle management.

Focus:  How to transition from a frontline security officers to supervisor.

This program was designed to train new security supervisors as they transition from frontline officers to entry level management. We explore why there is a need to develop and support new Frontline Supervisors in this dynamic and ever-changing world of private security.

Understanding Corporate Missions, Visions and Values, how to create financial efficiencies within systems and the impact of the supervisor, how to build morale and decrease turnover rates, the “time management” trap, effective scheduling and dealing with conflict (internal and external) are all included modules of “why” you need this program.

Frontline Supervisors are not only the face of the company and your organization, but arguably the key to quality improvement in customer service and public relations.

This course contains vetted content from Federal Government Standards training programs updated for today's modern workplace settings. Additional materials are added from the I.F.P.O.'s CSSM program in order to expose new supervisors to the skill sets of upper management and increase their understanding of those roles.
