Refund and Course Access Period Policy

We do NOT refund tuition after registration and you have begun your course.

You will be a given a set amount of time to complete the course you have chosen and it will be in the FAQ section. Access may be extended at no charge, one time, when a request has been made.

After you have received your set extension at no charge, one final extension can be purchased for $75.00

Please read the information for the course you are signing up for to know, before you pay, what the course is all about and what it can do for you.

There are no guarantees of employment or even that a specific employer will recognize our courses. Some have their own standards and requirements and have the latitude to accept or reject any training from any source, something we have no control over in the same way as a regular college.

If you are an employer, we can substitute courses or other persons onto a paid registration on request provided that the original person has not started the course.
