Why take this course
This is the physical skills portion of the use of force and handcuffing course. IF you require actual hands on training, then this is a mandatory portion of your training.
Course Outline
Q. Is this training mandatory?
A. No. Most guard companies only require passive skills and academics that can be learned online. Most guard companies and clients do not want active arrests to continue and would rather see a suspect escape unharmed that run the risk of injuries to all involved.
Q. Is this the same as police training in use of force?
A. No. This is security guard specific training.
