Work on your own time from a smartphone or computer.

There is a time limit of 6 weeks for  this course with one additional extension of 2 weeks at no charge. If you need longer a final extension may be requested with a fee of $75.00

Q. Is this training mandatory in B.C.?

A. Job specific safety training is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement of every workplace. This program goes well above that minimum standard by including Conflict Avoidance, Officer Safety, Situational Awareness and Violence Prevention.

Q. Is there a certificate issued once I pass?

A. Yes. One will be emailed to you where you can download and print it off.

Q. Can I take this course as a stand alone program without taking the Bylaw or Animal Control officer courses?

A. Yes. It is intended also for veteran officers as well as people new to the industry.
