A certificate showing completion of this portion is available upon successful completion of the online materials AND the in class practical skills.
Why take this course
This is mandatory training every year for frontline Ministry Provincial Officers.

A. No, only the theory behind them. There are videos showing techniques included for visual learners and to refresh officer's memories on the techniques taught in a hands on program.
